All orders placed before 3:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays, Philippine time (GMT+8:00), will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Orders placed after the cut-off period will be processed the next business day. Processing and delivery of all items received on weekends and non-working holidays will be attended on the next business day. Delivery time and shipping cost will vary depending on the courier as indicated in you Order Receipt.

HAVE IT DELIVERED

We deliver with additional charge to any place in the Philippines. You will be informed on the status of your package thru Email and SMS message. A Tracking ID will also be included in the Email and SMS for you to track your package. Before signing for the delivery, inspect the product for any defects or damages.

PICK IT UP

For items that are available for pick-up, members may claim their items immediately after getting confirmation of their orders. Here are the steps you need to follow for product pick-ups:

  1. Print the order confirmation or voucher clearly and make sure to keep it in your purse before you leave so that you may present it at the Rusty Lopez office when you claim the product.
  2. Be sure to bring 1 valid ID upon claiming or if you want to have the product picked up by someone else, then ask them to bring their valid ID, write an authorization letter, sign your name and then include a photocopy of both front and back of sides of one valid ID you own, if not your actual ID.
  3. Not sure if the product you bought is already available for pick-up? Give us a call to confirm at (02)-941-2868 loc 208 or email info@rustylopez.com.
  4. Products may be claimed during Rusty Lopez office hours from 9am to 5pm at the Rusty Lopez Office:

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Original copy of receipt is required for return and exchange of item.
  2. Item must be in its original good condition, with packaging, price tag and barcode intact.
  3. Allowable period for return and exchange is:
    • Seven (7) days after receipt of items for Domestic transaction
    • Twenty (20) days upon receipt of items for International transaction
  4. Return and exchange can only be made for a different size and color of the same price and item category purchased.
  5. Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging/returning and sending back the item will be borne by the customer.
  6. Exchange of items is not allowed in the retail/physical stores

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  • Notify the company via email (rustylopez_marketing@rustylopez.com), telephone numbers (941-2868 loc 208). Specify the reason for returning the item/s and the color and/or size of replacement.
  • The company will inform the customer if the item for exchange is available thru Email/SMS/Call. If available, the company will immediately advise the customer to send back the item to the standard return address within 24 hours of receipt of email notification.

REFUNDS

Refunds cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Item/s delivered with factory defect/s must be reported immediately within 24 hours upon receipt of the item/s. Item/s returned that is described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If found defective or damaged, company will replace the item and pay for the appropriate shipping costs.
