TERMS AND CONDITION 

 

ORDERING

  • Customers must register first with a valid personal email for an account to our Website. To register, please provide your name, address, contact number, email address and some necessary personal information.
  • When you register for an Account, and whenever you log on to your Account thereafter, you have the option to sign up to receive, and to choose out of receiving, information emails (such as newsletters, information on offers etc). You are able to unsubscribe from such information emails at any time by logging in to your Account.
  • Even though we save the information relating to any order that you submit to the Website to purchase one of the products listed on the Website, you will be unable to directly retrieve this information for security reasons. You may access this information by logging in to your Account. You will be able to view information relating to your completed, open or recently dispatched orders and manage and save your address information, any bank details and any newsletter to which you may have subscribed.
  • All orders placed before 2:00pm from Monday to Friday, Philippine time (GMT + 8:00), will be shipped:
    • Next Business Day for National Capital Region
    • 1 to 3 days for Luzon Province, 3 to 5 days for Visayas and Mindanao Provinces
  • Order placed after the cut-off period will be process the next business day.
  • Processing and delivery of all items received on week-ends and non-working holidays will be attended on the next business day
  • Delivery time and shipping cost will vary depending on the courier or payment provider as indicated in your Order Receipt

 

DELIVERY

  • You will be informed on the status of your package thru Email and SMS message
  • Tracking ID will also be included in the email and SMS for you to track your package.
  • Before signing for delivery, inspect the product for any defects or damages 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Original copy of receipt is required for return and exchange of items
  • Items must be in its original good condition, with packaging, price tag, and barcode intact.
  • Allowable period of return and exchange is:
    • Seven (7) days after receipt of items for NCR Area transaction
    • Fourteen (14) days upon receipt of items for Luzon Province transaction
    • Twenty one (21) days upon receipt of items for Visayas and Mindanao Province transaction
  • Return and exchange can only be made for a different size and color of the same price and item category purchased.
  • Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging / returning and sending back the item will be borne by the customer
  • Exchange of items can be allowed in the retail / physical stores of Rusty Lopez

 

PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING / EXCHANGING THE ITEM

  1. Notify the company via
  1. Specify the reason for returning the item/s indicating the size/s or color for replacement
  2. The company will inform the customer if the item for exchange is available through Email/SMS/Calls. If available, the company will immediately advise the customer to send back the item to the standard return address within 24 hours of receipt of email notification.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.

 

DEFFECTIVE / DAMAGE ITEMS

  • Items deliver with factory defects must be reported immediately within 24 hours upon receipt of the item/s.
  • Item/s returned that has described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If found defective or damaged, company will replace the item and pay for the appropriate shipping costs.
